- Strategy Development – Develop and execute internal strategies across segments, market trends, client mix and organizational for the long-term success and defining and leading client strategies to accomplish their goals
- Sales Management – Build and develop sales with the end in mind, from structure, commission plans, goals, team inspiration and leadership, performance monitoring, and redirecting as needed

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of market research, sales planning, and customer relationship management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
