  • Strategy Development – Develop and execute internal strategies across segments, market trends, client mix and organizational for the long-term success and defining and leading client strategies to accomplish their goals
  • Sales Management – Build and develop sales with the end in mind, from structure, commission plans, goals, team inspiration and leadership, performance monitoring, and redirecting as needed
  • Marketing & Analysis – Collaborate with marketing to create and execute campaigns, using data to measure performance and optimize efforts
  • Budget Management - Develop and manage budget
  • Training and Development – Lead and mentor team to enhance skills and capabilities of the team and grow a best-in-class sales organization
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of market research, sales planning, and customer relationship management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
